Hi folks, Nathalie here from Boo Le Heart

I wanted to make a quick post to assure you on ordering your packages from international sites with regards to the COVID-19 outbreak.

All staff involved in manufacture, packaging and transporting are taking extra precautions to make sure your goodies are getting to you safely and securely.

On the rare possibility that the virus is transferred to a physical product while being handled, it is important to note that the virus will die off within 48 hours. So should your package take two days or more to get to you, all the contents contained within will be completely safe when you receive them.

To help you to feel more confident about receiving your parcel, I would like to share some safety tips with you.

Firstly, when receiving your parcel, make sure your hands are protected by wearing gloves. Once you have received your parcel, you can place it somewhere where it will be safely untouched until you are ready to open it. Place your gloves in the wash, and wash your hands.

You can make a solution in a spray bottle containing water, liquid hand soap and tea tree oil, spray the outside of your parcel and leave to dry. Tea tree oil possesses antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and anti-fungal properties. You can leave your parcel for up to two days, or however long, until you feel more confident to open it.

Once you have opened the parcel, it should be completely safe, but depending on what goodies you have ordered, you can use a cloth and wipe down your goodies with the tea tree oil solution, or if it's a clothing or fabric item, pop it into the wash before using it.

It is completely safe and secure to shop online at this time, however there may be delays or slower delivery times due to a smaller staff compliment which has been put into place to prevent the unnecessary spread of the virus.

Remember to stay safe, and I hope you enjoy your sewing experience with me.
